How do I reserve a ring?
Please reach out to us by email at shopstellajewels@gmail.com or send us a message on Instagram. We will hold the ring for you with a 25% deposit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept ApplePay and Zelle as forms of payment in an effort to keep our costs down. We will have our credit card machine available very soon.
Do you offer financing?
We do not currently offer financing through a certain program, but clients are able to obtain financing through “buy now, pay later” credit card lines of credit in certain instances. We advise our clients to explore these options and find one that suites your purchase and comfortability best. A deposit can be placed to hold a ring and we do offer 60 days of hold for you to pay it off in full.
Appraisals & Insurance
We advise all of our clients to obtain an appraisal by a certified gemologist and to add their ring to their homeowners insurance policy or have the ring insured through a private policy should it be lost or stolen.
How do I pick up my ring?
Pickup is arranged between Stella Jewels and the buyer within Bakersfield, CA. There is a travel fee charged to the buyer if pick up is agreed upon outside of the Bakersfield, CA city limit. The travel fee for close surrounding areas is $50.
Are your diamonds certified?
Our lab diamonds are certified through the International Gemological Institute (IGI) in order to provide the upmost transparency on the quality of the diamond purchased. A copy of the certification will be accompanied with your ring once paid in full.
What if I don’t want someone to know I have a lab diamond?
We do not disclose, rent, share, or sell personal information regarding our clients or their purchases. We understand that choosing a diamond and your intent for purchasing the diamond can be a private matter. We respect your privacy.
