Each Stella Jewels piece is crafted specifically for you. Because all of our jewelry is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Every item is created with care and attention to detail once your order is placed.
Why No Returns?
Our commitment to quality means each piece is handcrafted after you place your order. This ensures you receive a fresh, never-worn item made just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our production process, returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
