    Warranty Policy

    1 Year Warranty

    All Stella purchases come with a 1 year warranty. The warranty begins on the date of purchase.

    What's Covered

    • Ring resizing up or down within 1 size (due to certain design restraints, not all pieces are able to be resized)
    • Diamond replacement for diamonds under .2 carats
    • Manufacture defects due to craftsmanship or faulty materials

    What's Not Covered

    Wear/tear or misuse of the pieces will not be covered by this warranty. Issues such as broken chains, prongs bent out of shape due to impact, center stone damage, or lost stones due to mishandling are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered.

    Eligibility

    The Stella warranty is valid on full price pieces of jewelry and pieces which Stella has provided all materials for including but not limited to stones & metal.

    Insurance

    Stella does not offer insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We advise all of our clients to obtain an appraisal by a certified gemologist and to add their jewelry to a current insurance policy or have their pieces insured through a private policy should it be lost or stolen.

    After Your Warranty Ends

    After the warranty expires, we are still able to assist with repairs but we do not cover their expenses.
